Since children are considered as future youths and social assets of societies, social health of societies depends on physical and psychological health and environmental space of children of that society; and one of the greatest and most important social responsibilities of all individuals, governmental and non-governmental institutions, research and university centers of developing societies, is surveying the issue of physical and psychological health and supplying safe urban and rural space for children. Particularly in the societies like Iran which has civilization, valuable and cultural heritage along with scientific and developmental progresses, considering the children issues is a very important task.

Iran Health Social Responsibility Institute is very pleased to cooperate to hold this symposium with cooperation of Kids’ utopia journal, Architecture Experts Association and also through university and academic coverage of Iran University of Science and Technology, in form of valuable symposiums with topic of children in gathering of policy makers, researchers and all fans of different fields of children affairs.

Nowadays urban landscaping whether from viewpoint of creation of safe space for amusement, playing and specifically children education and also type of architecture and structures of these urban spaces or from coloring and designing viewpoint, can be a critical and influential factor for growth and development of healthier and more capable children; we intend to study criteria of this subject and social responsibility of all members of the society against development and progress of these valuable criteria in presence of all experts, specialists, researchers and policy makers. We hope in different symposiums with more specialized topics of physical and mental health of children, which can lead to a health-oriented society and with policy making approach for future generations, we will be able to accompany with experts of this crucial field and since international organizations have given priority to children issues specially in two fields of education and health promotion, we hope we will be able to help with more desirable standardization, more ethical education and training of children and mothers of society.
